You can send back any item which you have bought at amstaff.de within 14 days of receiving them, in which time you can apply for a German right of cancellation form. You can read over the legal details concerning cancellation rights on our Terms & Conditions page in the section marked ?Cancellation Rights?.
When trying on your items, please avoid damaging them on making them dirty. Please retain the product?s original tags if you are sure that you want to return it. Otherwise you may be charged for compensation (for example, cleaning costs).
If you do want to send goods back to us, then make sure that you still have kept all the original labels and packaging to put into the return package.
In the case of a cancellation or lack of production we will gladly offer you a return stamp so that you can send the products back free of charge.
The return stamp is just for orders within Germany. We do not offer return stamps for foreign countries.
For the return delivery it is best that you use the prepared return certificate supplied by us.

Please attach the return certificate in your return package, or an accompanying letter or best of all a copy of your receipt (please with price amount as it was on purchase, your surname and with whose bank details you made the purchase) , with this your return delivery can take place flawlessly and without any problems.
We will accept no unauthorised returns, especially when:
- the 14 day long return period has elapsed
- the goods were not bought from our online store
- the purchased goods were not included in the return package
- or if the return is a complete sham
In the case of an unauthorised return delivery we will have to make contact with you.
So long as your return delivery reaches our entry of goods standards, your request for an exchange or another desired return product will be finalised and dealt with accordingly. Typically, then the price of the exchange or additional goods will be adapted swiftly and deducted if necessary, however within at the most 14 days of your return delivery to us.
